Great experience with Oyster, sales staff had a breadth of experience and knowledge and we were able to quickly work out a tub that would suit us.Good home visit to confirm everything to do with the install would go to plan. This ensured delivery was painless. Crew who delivered the tub were efficient, professional and quick!I would have no problems recommending Oyster to anyone.

The purchase process was excellent with the option to visit the showroom after hours to try several different models.The installation team were friendly but the commissioning process left a couple of outstanding issues due to a lack of diligence, however, both of them were solved swiftly by the support team and an outstanding issue has been taken up with the manufacturer.

We popped into the showroom by chance and after a full explanation of all the hot tubs by Gareth, we put a deposit down. There was a wait for delivery and installation which was pointed out to us, but at every point, we've been kept updated and the installation was stress free and comprehensive.We love our new Jacuzzi - we've made it in life!

Our jacuzzi hot tub arrived after a very long wait due to the current situation and hold ups on site our end, not oyster pools fault.Very happy with service, install and training given on water maintenance.Oyster pools have been very professional in every way, well recommended. 100%. I ordered my J475 in January but due to Covid it had numerous delivery dates, finally arriving in September. Delivery was done efficiently and although a few issues were found, they were documented documented and assurances of a quick turnaround in fixing.Love my new tub, and cannot beat their customer service from order to installation.

I really cannot praise Gareth and his team enough.When enquiring about the Vortex AquaGym SwimSpas, Gareth was not only honest, but also modest. We explained that we were on a bit more of a budget, but that was not a problem for Gareth. He helped us in explaining the various features for each model, and explained the things may need, and the things that maybe weren't essential so that we could tune our build to fit our budget.When looking at this style of pool/spa elsewhere, we were met with a hint of snobbery with regards to price. But with Gareth, he explained that we were not the only ones looking for a good deal, and again this helped in refining our choices.The demo evening (wet test) was fantastic. We were met with tremendous hospitality and felt like royalty, as the whole area was after-hours, we had coffees on arrival and were able to get ready in the comfort of the warm changing area (it was a very bleak and wet afternoon) I'm glad that we cancelled our plans for after the demonstration, as it was such a relaxed event that time literally flew by. It was a fantastic experience and really helped to cement our decision on what model of pool we were after. Gareth did not make us feel rushed into a decision, he was respectful and would get back to me as soon as he could if he wasn't available when I tried to contact Oyster PoolsOnce again I would like to thank Gareth and his team for making us feel extremely valued and respected. We completed our purchase in June last year. We first had to create the space to put in the hot tub and Oyster Pools were very patient whilst we did that. Also we don’t have the easiest garden to access and Oyster Pools worked well with our landscape gardener to ease it in to position through our neighbours fence. It was a very smooth operation and installation. The rest is history and we have had many hours of enjoyment. As with all things new, learning how to operate the tub, getting the balance of chemicals right took time. I rang Oyster Pools a few times for help and guidance and the service was always very good. I’ve even emptied and refilled it once under their guidance and all has worked well. So far things have worked efficiently and we are very pleased.
