We went to a supplier whose hot tub consultant (Gareth) took us through what each model had to offer. We decided on the Jacuzzi J465 as this flagship model boasted everything we were looking for. Furthermore, the look of the spa matched the new garden and our surroundings perfectly: the colour scheme was a perfect match for the tones of our grounds.
The positioning of the spa gives the garden balance and the path to the house links it to the house while letting it remain a separate attraction. The canopy is perfect – for decoration, protection and privacy – and the waterproof television was an inspired and very welcome addition.

After discussions with Gareth we make our choice and allowed Gareth to liaise with our builder as the installation was not easy as the delivery and installation was to be co ordinate with the landscaping and build of the gazebos. This was done expertly and within a week the installation was complete and the tub ready for use.
The no-hassle approach and client demonstrations on site were second to none and we have been able to enjoy the pleasures of a top of the range tub since. Any chemical needs and maintenance have been dealt with hassle free.
The extra miles we travelled to use Oyster Pools have been well worth while!

We walked around and were pleasantly surprised to see the large choice of spas, and accessories on display, this was extremely helpful in giving us ideas for our own spa area design. We walked into the office and were met by a very nice member of staff who took time out to discuss the very early design criteria we had. After a few more discussions we were able to pin point exactly what products we needed to suit our needs at home. Reassuringly before orders were placed Barry and Gareth at Oyster visited our home on two occasions to verify all measurements.. We now have a fully equipped leisure area which included showers, toilets, spa, steam room and extraction/heating systems. My wife and I celebrated our first night in the spa/steam room and instantly knew it was indeed worth it, we were over the moon. We use the spa/steam room daily it has been such a nice addition to our daily routine and provides a great place to relax, and we feel much healthier for it. An unexpected advantage regards our children, I’m sure other parents wish they could pin down their children at home for a chat sometimes, well the spa fixed that problem, the children love the spa.

I think it is fair to say that Oyster Pools are passionate about their products and their service and support is second to none The installation of our Jacuzzi was part of a project to re-develop the garden at the rear of our property from a wooded slope to a series of hard landscaped terraces

Access to the site was very restricted, requiring the Jacuzzi to be turned on to its side to pass through a narrow passage way, down some steps, along a winding woodland path and finally on to the back lawn. The team from Oyster Pools turned up right on time, and there were enough men to carry out this tricky task quickly and efficiently, despite the many challenges

Italian Design: Jacuzzi® Unique

The Beckerley’s Jacuzzi® is true family project. Mr and Mrs Beckerley purchased the J-J335IP to form the centrepiece of their garden and to provide hydrotherapy to relieve the effects of their son Michael’s arthritis. The location within the grounds was meticulously planned – by Michael (pictured) – as were the decking, flora, umbrella and wooden frame surrounds. The finished feature shows all the family’s objectives were met. As Michael says: “The Jacuzzi is exceptional, both in looks and hydrotherapy benefits. Oyster did a great job for us and we continued by designing an environment into which the Jacuzzi fits perfectly. The hot tub has enabled us to realise the garden’s potential and we couldn’t be happier with the results.”

Before installation we carried out a lot of work to create the perfect space, equipped it with a concrete base, and, following delivery, we built a wooden gazebo to house the spa and recreation area. The location of the spa was carefully chosen to allow for the best possible views of the stunning countryside and ease of access from the house.
The spa was installed by Oyster Pools and throughout the work, the Oyster Team were efficient, organised and kept any inconvenience to a minimum. We were fully consulted by Oyster during all aspects of the process and, when transporting the spa, they took great care to protect our grounds; not an easy task given that it was installed at the top of what was then a steep, wet and muddy incline.
We now have a spa and leisure area perfect for relaxation and entertaining and can enjoy the hydrotherapy benefits of the Wellis My-line Venus while taking in one of the best views in the country. To say we are pleased is something of an understatement and we thank Oyster for all they did to make this possible.

Oyster Pools were very professional and willing to consider our site demands and once a site visit had taken place I was confident that they would be able to install exactly to our specification. On the day of installation I was amazed by their efficiency, they arrived on time, worked with great care and followed every aspect of our plan. The quality of the canopy has added to the overall aesthetic (which is important to us) and in fact has gathered as much interest as the hot tub itself!
