Our Vortex Mercury model features two fully reclined loungers. This allows for total body immersion for a full hydrotherapy experience. These recliners are sculpted for maximum comfort and relaxation, and strategically placed jets ensure important muscles are soothed enabling you to have the equivalent of a full body massage whenever you want.

Individual pump power diverter controls

We recognise that each person likes different pressures and speeds when it comes to a hot tub. To give you the most control over your experience, the model has a diverter handle, to allow you to increase or decrease the water pressure of your chosen position.

Foot jets

The strategically placed foot jets on the Vortex Mercury makes tired feet a thing of the past. Feel those aches slip away as the jets massage and soothe achy feet. Perfect if you have been walking, playing with the kids or simply need that extra level of relaxation.

Multi-coloured LED lighting

The bright multi-coloured LEDs are perfect for setting the tone for your evening. Whether you are looking for calm and relaxation or having a party you simply pick the colour and enjoy it.
Alternatively, you can put it on colour change mode for a more upbeat, party atmosphere. Lighting is a great way to set the ambience and there is a wide range of colours to choose from to help you experience fully what the Mercury can do.

Built-in drinks holders

You will never be far away from your beverage as the Vortex Mercury features non-slip built-in drinks holders, so you don’t have to keep hold of your drink or climb out to take a sip.

SMARTStream Bluetooth Audio System

The Vortex Mercury model comes with the optional SMARTStream Bluetooth audio with a sub-woofer. The hidden, state of the art transducer speaker system leaves the spa surfaces clear of obstacles and reduces moving parts. This leaves you with nothing but sweet tunes and zero maintenance.

Simply connect your phone or audio device the same way you would connect any Bluetooth device. Then choose your playlist, relax and listen to your favourite tunes. The built-in subwoofer allows for optimal sound experience so you can enjoy your music the way it was meant to be played with crystal clear quality.

Neck and shoulder therapy collars

With the Vortex Mercury model, each seat has a built-in therapy neck collar. This means that not only will your neck and shoulders be cushioned but internal jets will massage and soothe at the same time, without getting your hair wet, perfect after a stressful day when you don’t want to worry about drying or restyling your hair again.

Step Lights

Not only does the Vortex Mercury come with internal lighting underwater, but this model also features step lights. This means even in the dark you can see where the steps are to ensure you can get in and out of the hot tub safely.

This is not only a great safety feature but also makes your hot tub stand out in the garden and looks great at night. These lights make your hot tub the central focus of any party or get together.

Laminar Jets water feature

If you don’t want to listen to music and simply want to absorb yourself in an oasis of calm the soothing sounds enjoy the built-in backlit Laminar Jets. The laminar jets smooth and uninterrupted flow of water is both relaxing and mesmerising. It’s also a ‘splash-free’ feature. It is also a stunning feature to look at, and great entertainment for the kids to enjoy playing with.

Sensual Aromatherapy System

Exclusive to select Vortex models is a built-in aromatherapy system. All you need to do is choose your favourite aromatherapy fragrances out of the 12 available and then enjoy breathing in the relaxing aroma whilst your muscles are being soothed by the powerful jets. This enhances the whole hydrotherapy experience into the ultimate spa session.

PureZone CD Ozone Water Clarifying System

The Vortex Mercury has a built-in PureZone CD Ozone Water Clarifier. This is one of the safest and most economical ways of cleaning the water as there a no harsh chemicals added to the water and the process doesn’t affect the taste, smell or PH level of the water making it child safe.

One of the biggest selling points of the Pure Zone filter cartridge is that it never needs cleaning, making maintenance simple and hassle-free.

Thermabond 4 layer shell construction

At the heart of any quality, spa is a quality spa shell. After all, whilst pumps and other equipment can be replaced, the spas shell cannot.

For this reason, Vortex Spas use a 4 layer, 8 step Thermabond lamination process not found in most spas. This process includes the curing of the shell in a temperature and humidity-controlled oven. This is absolutely vital if the shell of the spa is to last the lifetime of ownership.

Dual-layer insulation

The Vortex dual layer insulation covers both the outer cabinet and the shell. This is the most efficient way to insulate. It traps air and uses the same principles as those utilised by modern double glazed windows.

Vortex dual layer system keeps the heat from the pumps and plumbing, reduces noise and provides a warm layer between the water and the outside of the spa. The dual-layer insulation adds a higher level of heat retention than the other brand’s perimeter insulation.

Built To Last:

Permaframe – is a timber-free design, produced using high-impact, injection moulded plastic. It is impervious to rot, mildew or vermin damage and designed to last indefinitely.

Toughbase – is built strong enough to take the weight of the spa, water and people. It prevents vermin from getting inside the workings of your spa and is virtually indestructible to ensure years of trouble-free usage.

Duraflex plumbing – specially designed for use in high-performance spas. Duraflex incorporates a coil of rigid PVC within its walls that allows the piping to flex but not kink. This ensures equal pressure to every jet whilst avoiding rigid right-angle joints that can reduce hydrotherapy pressure.
