A Guide to base preparation & installation

You will require a flat level, solid base to build the gazebo upon and affix its anchor bolts into. This is commonly a concrete base or existing patio.

Remember - If installing with a hot tub the hot tub will usually require a solid, level base as well. Basic tools, electric drills, ladders and or scaffolds. You will also require 20 x 6mm ground anchor bolts to fix the provide 'L' brackets from the gazebo corner pieces into your chosen floor.

The gazebo is shipped in a large chipboard shipping case with metal reinforcing bands which weigh approx 600kg. You will, therefore, require a forklift to move once delivered to the site for the self-builder. Or other means of mechanical lifting. Ensure you have enough space to open the shipping case to check all parts are within and in good order, prior to erecting
You will require 3-4 people and the use of scaffolds or ladders to complete the build. In particular the finishing of the roof.
Once the 4 corner pieces are together with the top frame. Ensure, square and level now fix the structure to the floor as per instructions before installing roof.
